The Potter's Wheel

(Size 33.5" x 42" Oil On Canvas Year 2003)
It was a sweltering noon, one day, under a lot of depression and uproar; incidentally, I came across a potter at work and stood by him just to see how his hands were pushing the deadly clay raising a beautiful Voss. I fell deep in thoughts. I cannot say who was telling me a word of wisdom there:

"Enduring pressures under continued revolutions the vessel of life becomes more and more durable. Oh Negligent! This is the biggest secret of life, to achieve eternity. Do not be querulous against, and shy of, the vicissitudes of fortune, which in fact, are to rebuild and reshape you into a new character to endure the gust of winds and not to distress or distort you any way.

Look! How the wheel under continued revolutions and the potter's hands moving upwards, applying pressures, are building up a knoll, giving birth to a valuable pot from a handful of deadly wet clay. Who knows how the meager shreds of centuries old civilizations, being discovered now and achieving invaluable eternity, might have undergone high thrust and pressures under revolutions at the potter's hand at that time. Give yourself in the custody of Nature, bowing totally as dead clay in the hands of the potter. Let the wheel of time move around without complaining against and let the potter's hand (Nature) reshape your character as it may wish".

Where Is My Heart

(Size 48" x 36" Oil On Canvas Year 2002)
Where is my sweetheart, the leisure of my privacies? Where is the light of my eyes, the whole gain of my efforts? Oh yes! He enjoys sacred high sitting in the privacies of my heart but where actually my heart is? Boundless with Boundless! God knows.

THE CLAIM (LA ILAHA)

(Size 42" x 28" Oil On Canvas Year 2002)
When I had put forth claim of having been fallen in love, Love simply laughed over me and exclaimed!!
"Don't tell a lie! I come only when you have no hands to act, no feet to go and no intellect even of your own to think i.e. you have none of your determination. Only my order is promulgated on your outer and inner-self and that too through my amorous glance as at that time, may be, I do not prefer to speak".

The Dive in

(Size 36" x 28" Oil On Canvas Year 2002)
Have a dive in your inner-self. Be mindful for yourself, if at all you can't be mindful to me. When I happen to have a dive inside I see there too myself sitting. But going a bit deep down, I find Reality---my destiny. It's an invaluable scene-- The secret of life.

The Invaluable Pearl

(Size 30" x 40" Oil On Canvas Year 2001)
My breathing chamber is an oyster shell encompassing in it a pearl--my heart. My pearl is purified by way of my pre-dawn tears (mystically falling on it to wash), which flow from my eyes, early in the morning, in remembrance of my beloved.
This has turned to be such an invaluable pearl of which even the oyster's lap is empty.

The Manifestation

(Size 36" x 48" Oil On Canvas Year 2002)
To me aroma in the flower is the same as glow in the firefly. This is true as Soul behind is one. Light up a candle in a pitcher having numerous holes. Light sizzling out of each hole will adopt the shape and color given to hole. Similarly all creatures are windows for manifestation of the Absolute Soul. Appearance of soul through its windows is the same. Hue occurs at our gate of knowledge to have the feeling, the way it is programmed. So it's all glimpses of one Absolute Beauty in the metaphor all around. (It's only an imaginary representation).
